CCS - Common Channel Signaling
On CCS type of channel the signaling is carried separeted from voice path. SS7.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS) is a method used in telecommunications where the control signals for setting up, managing, and terminating calls are separated from the voice channels.
This separation allows for more efficient use of the voice paths and enhances the overall management of the signaling process.
One widely known CCS protocol is Signaling System No. 7 (SS7).
